Many areas of the law are facing revolutionary changes, but it is clear that aspects such as the evolution of technology, globalization and the accelerating movement of people have a particular impact on Labour Law.
In the UIA context, our Commission's reflections are therefore fundamental, and each member's contribution to the collective discussion is essential.

To facilitate exchanges between its members, our Commission sets up initiatives such as online meetings: the next one will take place on February 18, 2025 (do not hesitate to contact us to receive the link to the meeting).
To cement our connections, we also organize events dedicated to our Commission, such as the Mid-Year Working Meeting which will take place on May 23-24, 2025, in Munich (Germany).
Last but not least, we are particularly keen to contribute to the UIA's interdisciplinary discussions: we will be speaking at the 16th Annual Business Law Forum to be held in June 2025 in London (UK), and at the Annual Congress to be held in October-November 2025 in Guadalajara (Mexico).

Come and join us: as our group grows, so does the quality of our work!
