Sports, especially football: interesting topic, but why?

Sports relates to and reflects on the business, politics, economy, and laws. Considering the new international laws and legislations in FIFA and the International Olympic Committee, and in means of keeping up with the developments, especially with the mandatory provisions and clauses, moreover in the region and specially in Kuwait new entities were established such as: the National Sports Arbitration Tribunal in 2017, the Kuwait’s Anti-doping Agency in 2018, and the emerge of Binding professional sports contracts.

All these issues will be shed light on in a comparative study regionally and internationally in this seminar.

Kuwait is the land of friendship and peace, and February is the best month to discover it since it is the month of celebrations! Kuwait celebrates its National and liberation day on February 25 & 26, but the celebrations start from the 29th of January where the Amir starts the celebrations of the flag raising, the Ceremony marking the start of the festivities.
