Foreign investment is a subject of interest and work for lawyers from both sides: jurisdictions that receive investments and those that export them.
International Arbitration is a common issue related to foreign investment and lawyers who are working for both sides need to know the best available options for their cases.
We will be in Santiago, capital of Chile, country known for leading the respect of the rule of law in Latin America, a great foreign investment receiver and with long tradition in arbitration to discuss the state of art of the relationship between foreign investment and international arbitration.
