Dealing with Companies in Crisis – involves analysing multidimensional issues often concerning cross-border as well as local business practices and is one of the hot topics in today’s corporate world.

This Forum, jointly organised by the Tokyo Bar Association (TBA) and the Union Internationale des Avocats (UIA – International Association of Lawyers) and following the Tokyo seminar in 2014, will discuss a variety of situations where companies are in crisis in different jurisdictions of the world including the regulatory non-compliance, financial and media-coverage risks which multinational companies may face in pursuing their commercial activities.
