The 7th International Mediation Summit

The 7th IMS will be co-host by the CCPIT, Maritime Silkroad Central Legal District and Xiamen Municipal People’ s Government. CCPIT Commercial Legal Service Center, CCPIT Fujian and CCPIT Xiamen are the organizers of the summit. CCPIT Mediation Center and CCPIT Xiamen Committee Department of Legal Affairs will undertake execution of the summit.
The theme of this year is "Challenge, Innovation, Opportunity- Striving to Establish a New Pattern of Multiple Resolution Mechanism of International Commercial Disputes”. The theme covers 5 topics: 1) China's New Achievements in Promoting the Construction of Diversified Dispute Resolution Mechanism, 2) New Developments of Dispute Resolution on Trade and Investment among RCEP Member Countries, 3) New Changes of Dispute Resolution Mechanism in European and American Countries in post-Pandemic Era, 4)Strengthening Mediation & Arbitration on Intellectual Property Disputes, Enhancing Global Intellectual Property Protection Level, 5) Tradition and Innovation of Dispute Resolution System among the BRICS.
