Succession Planning of Diverse Forms of Families
When family comes in all shapes and sizes, so should the succession plan. From patchwork clans to proud single parents and rainbow families, today’s modern households need more than the cookie-cutter legal solutions of the past.  In this joint session, experts from both the LGBTQIA+ and the International Estate Planning Commissions will discuss the estate planning toolkits available for diverse form of families, with special highlight to those living communities which are not recognised as families in their respective jurisdictions.
