Presentation

The seminar will focus on the recent case-law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) in specific issues of civil and criminal law. It will be given by Judges and members of the Registry and will provide a very complete overview of the approach adopted by the Court in its last decisions as regards those issues. Mr. Spinosi (lawyer for the applicants in the Brusco and Medvedyev cases which led to the condemnation of France) will also share its experience with the participants.

 

A large part of the seminar will be dedicated to discussions with the speakers.
