Current Corporate and Tax Trends in Post-Pandemic M&A Deals
The session will cover current trends in the post-pandemic wave of M&A deals. In particular, the session will focus on highly topical corporate and tax issues related to distressed and non-distressed (debt, equity, and real estate) deals, as well as companies’ recapitalisation, restructuring and reorganisation in the wake of the pandemic. We will also analyse the main ways in which the Covid-19 crisis has impacted how M&A transactions are structured.
