The Tax Law Commission has a number of standing members who regularly attend UIA Annual Congresses.
The Tax Law Commission members participate in the working sessions, both on a stand-alone basis and jointly with other Commissions.

In addition to the Tax Law Commission's commitment within the framework of the Annual Congress, some of the members are also involved in organising, participating and making contributions in UIA Seminars that take place during the year.
Another important function is the exchange of information and know-how as well as providing mutual support to the other members of the Tax Law Commission and of the UIA.

The members of the Tax Law Commission regularly summarise their contributions in the form of written reports that are available on the CDs distributed to the participants as well as on the UIA website.

Although the Tax Law Commission has permanent members, it is open to any interested member of the UIA and invites other representatives of jurisdictions not yet represented in the Tax Law Commission to join it.
