Crowdfunding has been an alternative solution for companies, to traditional bank financing in many jurisdictions for some time now. Some of the most entrepreneurial, cutting edge businesses are crowdfunded. 
The Banking Law and Real Estate Law commissions will join forces to discuss this disruptive contender to the finance market in the context of property businesses using crowdfunding. 
This promises to be a practical session with varied speakers from different jurisdictions; a star guest speaker from the industry; and live audience interaction including polling and the opportunity flor break out discussion and networking across the two commissions.
