Round table open to everyone on the topic "What Pension (s) for Lawyers?"

Pension plans for lawyers often differ from one country to another. However, generally speaking, lawyers in each country have managed to build a system that meets their needs and is therefore specific to them. It is this specificity which is now reaching its limits and being called into question in many countries. After various presentations that illustrate the extent and the strength of this diversity, a comprehensive debate is needed at the UIA Congress in Luxembourg.

The aim? Show how important it is for lawyers to retain control over their social protection and the choices they have made concerning their retirement. Ultimately, a congressional motion that reflects lawyers' attachment to a pension plan for their country would once again be an expression of the profession's independence."
