The Impact for the Fashion Industry of Recent EU Legal Changes
EU has recently passed several Regulations and Directives that have had a direct-impact on the fashion industry. E.g. Geo-blocking regulation had a direct impact on e-commerce, GDPR on e-garments or, amongst others, the enforcement directive has unified the IP enforcement regime all over the EU. These changes has also changed the way lawyers have to advise their clients.
