Update - UIA 2020 Congress Goes Virtual

While international travel and large gatherings remain restricted due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have decided to convert the 2020 Congress to an entirely virtual event. 

We are excited by the opportunity to come up with new and innovative ways to adapt to this new, online format which presents many possibilities we would not have at a live congress. The 2020 Congress will have many familiar aspects but some entirely novel ones as well – and more than a few surprises. 

The 2020 Virtual Congress will still take place on October 28, 29 and 30, 2020. We hope you will put it on your calendar and join us and thousands of your colleagues from around the world for this unprecedented virtual event. We will be providing more information about the programme in the coming weeks.

We are also excited that the Guadalajara Congress will take place in 2021 – the specific dates in October 2021 will be announced shortly. We would like to thank our Mexican Organising Committee for their enthusiastic dedication to ensuring that Guadalajara 2021 will be one of the best UIA Congresses ever. We cannot wait to see you there!
