Bring a Friend Programme: a simple process
As a current member, simply fill out our online sponsoring form.
Your friend receives an invitation email to register and is asked to mention your name as their sponsor.
Once their membership is validated, both you and your friend start to receive your rewards!
We’ll follow up to ensure your friend feels welcome and you’re satisfied with the experience.
Benefits for the member sponsor
Bonuses: these can be combined to obtain additional benefits (e.g., a discount voucher on membership fees or on a UIA event).
Visibility: mention in the network's newsletter and on social media.
VIP access: invitation to an annual event reserved for the sponsors, depending on the number of recommendations (webinar, welcome drink at the congress).
Participate to a “Member Sponsor of the Year” award.
Goodies to be given out at the annual event.

The rules to follow
How to earn vouchers
As a current UIA member, you and your friend will receive a non-transferable coupon worth 10% of the friend's yearly membership fee for each new member you introduce—only if:
- The new member lists you on their UIA individual membership request process.
- Their membership fees are paid in full and credited to UIA.
No limit, but use it in time
Introduce as many new members as you want!
All vouchers expire after two years from the issue date.
How to use your voucher
Apply it to your membership renewal, seminar, or congress registration.*
You must tell UIA at registration and submit the coupon with your form.
New member’s responsibility
The sponsored member must name you on their UIA individual membership request form. Late information is not valid.
Eligibility
The sponsored member must not have been a UIA member in the past two years.

Programme Duration
UIA can end the programme at any time, but all valid vouchers issued before termination will still be honoured.
Any discount for “Bring a friend to UIA” shall not be applied to these fee category: student and young members.
* If a UIA individual member from a UIAdvance law firm is the member sponsor, the voucher issued might be used to reduce the UIAdvance membership fee.
