UIA Endowment Fund

The purpose of the Fund, as a non-profit organization of general interest, is to encourage the development of the Rule of Law, by supporting any innovative, educational, scientific, or social activity or action to promote, protect or defend the Rule of Law, the independence and freedom of lawyers and legal professions throughout the world, and to strengthen the bonds of friendship and solidarity between them.

Human Rights

Work to guarantee human rights, the rights of the defence, and the interests of litigants and their defenders worldwide.

Legal Innovation

Encourage the development of legal science at the international level, in particular by publishing and distributing comparative law works free of charge for the benefit of all.

Formation

Support the training of young lawyers from all over the world; and contribute to the realization of projects to promote or develop the Rule of Law, particularly in the fields of continuing education, defence of the defence and professional ethics.
