International Arbitration, Current Perspectives – 7th Edition
#UIAArbitration
Seminar organised by the UIA in collaboration with the Bizkaia Bar Association, with the special support of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA)
On May 24-25, 2024 the UIA will hold a seminar on pressing issues in international arbitration, in collaboration with the Bizkaia Bar Association and with special support from the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA). The seminar will cover recent developments in sports arbitration, ethics and corruption in arbitration, the privilege in the exhibition of documents, developments in public order, changes to the UNCITRAL, ICSID and CIAM arbitration rules, and the evolution of the UNIDROIT Principles on their 30th anniversary.
This will be the 7th edition of the seminar in Bilbao, which has grown into a UIA classic. The working sessions will be held over a day and a half at the headquarters of the Bizkaia Bar Association.
In addition to the highly technical content of the sessions, like in previous editions, we shall have the opportunity to meet with colleagues and friends during the various social events: a welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, a cultural visit and an optional dinner, all of which will make this seminar an unforgettable event.
Please be sure to attend!
