International Arbitration, Current Perspectives – 6th Edition
#UIAArbitration
Seminar organised by the UIA in collaboration with the Bizkaia Bar Association, with the special support of the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration (CIMA)
On May 26 and 27, 2023, in collaboration with the Bizkaia Bar Association, the UIA is holding a seminar on highly topical current issues in the field of international arbitration: sanctions, arbitration, climate change, damage to the environment and arbitration, arbitration in Africa (OHADA and Maghreb), and the powers of the arbitrator at the beginning of the proceedings (Early Dismissal and Preliminary Determination) and when the arbitrator's work ends.
This will be the 6th edition of the seminar in Bilbao, which has become a UIA classic. The working sessions will be held over a day and a half at the headquarters of the Bizkaia Bar Association. In addition to the high technical content of the sessions, as seen in previous editions, we shall have the opportunity to meet with colleagues and friends during the various social events: A welcome cocktail, coffee breaks, lunches, a cultural visit and an optional dinner, all of which will make this seminar an unforgettable event.
Please be sure to attend!
