• Executive Committee meeting: September 20, from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm
• Extraordinary meeting for Presidents of commissions, Presidents of national committees, National representatives, and Regional secretaries: September 20, from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm
• Governing Board meeting: September 21, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
