Seminar presented by the UIA in collaboration with the International Criminal Court Bar Association (ICCBA) and with the support of the Association of Defence Counsel practising before the International Courts and Tribunals (ADC-ICT)

On February 1 and 2, 2024, in collaboration with the International Criminal Court Bar Association (ICCBA) and with the support of the Association of Defence Counsel practising before the International Courts and Tribunals (ADC-ICT), the UIA will hold a seminar in The Hague to explore the bridges existing between international criminal justice and various areas of public and private law.

In particular, this event will allow participants to delve into the following topics: the relationship between international criminal law and international human rights law; the intersections between international criminal law and business and human rights standards; the links between international crimes and cybercrime; the protection of cultural property; and the fight against corruption, money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

The working sessions will be held in French and English over a day and a half and will be followed by a visit to the international Criminal Court on the afternoon February 2.

Please save the date!  We are looking forward to meeting you in The Hague!
