DROIT DES SOCIETES ET FUSIONS & ACQUISITIONS

Rejoindre la commission

The Corporate and M&A commission of the UIA analyses the main business problems that international companies face in their business combinations and joint ventures as well as the corporate governance and structure. It covers both the main aspects regulating company law in different jurisdictions, from academic and practical standpoints as well as all aspects (corporate and contractual) of Mergers & Acquisitions including share sales, mergers by amalgamation and asset sales, both nationally and internationally.

Since members of the Corporate and M&A commission come from different jurisdictions, the problems are generally analysed with a comparative law approach, which enriches discussions, as all aspects are reviewed taking into account the differences in several legal systems.

Thank you,

James D. Rosener
Commission President
