During the seminar, organised by the UIA within the framework of ESOF2020 Trieste Science in the City Festival, five experts will report the results of the four UIA webinars, Satellite Events of ESOF2020 (EuroScience Open Forum), held from September 1 to 4 with the aim to bring together scientists and legal experts to discuss the ethical, legal, regulatory and political issues surrounding the emergence of new technologies and advances scientific, from artificial intelligence to gene editing, from autonomous systems to telemedicine, with particular attention to issues related to COVID-19.

The event is a unique opportunity to benefit of the authoritative focus of the issues discussed during those four webinars.
