An ever-increasing number of states are adopting class action regimes: EU Member States, Canada, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Mexico, the list goes on. The key issues facing legislators and courts, litigators and litigants dealing with class action regimes are surprisingly universal. A lot can be learned from comparative experiences. This webinar will explore fundamental issues in class action litigation through the lens of two states: the US, a mature class action jurisdiction, and the UK, a relatively new entrant.

Speakers:

• Grant DAVIS-DENNY, Munger Tolles & Olson, Los Angeles, CA, USA
• Marc JONES, Stewarts Law LLP, London, UK
