President Loinaz Presents UIA Medals to Jean-Paul Delevoye and Luis Alberto Lacalle Herrera

On June 3rd UIA President Miguel Loinaz presented medals to Luis Alberto Lacalle Herrera, former President of the Republic of Uruguay, as well as Jean-Paul Delevoye, President of the French Economic, Social and Environmental Council. In his speeches, the President of the UIA expressed his wish to recognise the work of institutions and individuals working to establish and protect the rule of law around the world.
