Mémorial de Caen
Every year, le Mémorial de Caen invites lawyers from across the world to plead the case of a victim of the abuse of their fundamental human rights.
For 20 years now, the International Human Rights Competition for Lawyers has permitted to defend causes for men and women in difficulties and appears to be a last resort and the last chance to speak up against these unacceptable situations.
For more then 10 years, the UIA has been a close partner of this competition. |

Avocats Conseils d’entreprises
ACE is an association of Business Right lawyers. Its objectives are defending lawyers’ interests; accompanying law firms in their expansion; and creating a climate of exchanges and experiences between business right lawyers.
For nearly 10 years, the UIA is a partner of the ACE’s Reginald Kremer Prize which awards the best young business right lawyer. |

Justice for Darfur
"Justice for Darfur" is a campaign supported by human rights organisations worldwide, calling on the international community to ensure the prompt arrest and surrender to the International Criminal Court of the persons charged with crimes against humanity and war crimes in Darfur, Sudan.

Legal Assistance Consortium (ILAC)
ILAC was formed in 2002 as world wide consortium of NGOs of legal and human rights experts, providing technical legal assistance to post-conflict countries. ILAC's more than 40 member organisations represent over 3 million judges, prosecutors, lawyers and academics worldwide.

Ensemble contre la peine de mort
Created in 2000 in France, ECPM is an association which objective is to promote the universal abolition of capital punishment by a global and international action.
By organising awareness-raising campaigns and other events, ECPM wants to make death penalty and its abolition a stake in the international relations and, doing this, to promote Human Rights on an international level.
