Prof. Dr. Nadja Alexander, our trainer, is a conflict resolution specialist, a mediator, and coach and professor of law based in Hong Kong. She holds appointments at the University of Hong Kong, Hamline University in the United States and the University of New South Wales in Australia. Nadja Alexander is also the Editor of the Kluwer Mediation Blog
The training will be truly interactive as Prof. Alexander will share her best practices based on case studies.

ACCREDITATION OF THE COURSE - 12 hours of legal training
Every participant attending the entire two days of the Training Course will receive a “Certificate of participation” at the end of the Course that may be used for obtaining “Credits” for “Continuing Legal Education” - “Continuing Professional Development” purposes, depending on national rules.
